shipping and returns

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all US orders. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US and interested in a piece, contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at returns@sheetynyc.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damaged in Transit

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
